Features added:
1. Disabled the writable options selection while adding user accounts.
Admin must select the read write options while adding the user type
and add user accounts for that user type.
(Note: For backward compatibility, edits to existing user types will
not impact existing user accounts and shall apply to only new user
accounts of that type.)
2. Fixed the issue where user accounts belonging to newly added user
types could see and access pages that they were not allowed to access.
For instance, a user who is assigned only "Registration" option, shall
not be able to access Results, Reports, etc pages.
3. Allowed multiple site selection for Infection Reports. User can
select multiple sites from the site drop down either by holding the
shift key while selecting using keyboard or holding ctrl key while
selecting items via mouse.
